Activities funded through the Block Grant include Coordinating Centers of Excellence (CCOEs), networks, technical assistance and training, research and program evaluation. Block Grant funding is used to support consumer and family advocacy groups, consumer and family-operated educational programs and consumer and family participation in planning mental health services.
