Community Linkage Program

Through the Community Linkage Program, the Office of Forensic Services works in partnership with the Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, Bureau of Mental Health Services by linking severely mentally ill offenders to community mental health services upon release from state prisons. Community Linkage social workers work on location in the prisons to make these linkages.
